Director Tetsuo Endoh explained an overview of the R&D and human resource development activities at the Innovative Spintronics X Semiconductor Research Hub, as well as recent highlight topics. Then, we exchanged views on the advantages and prospects of Spintronics X Semiconductors, the state of semiconductor human resources, and future contribution to Japan’s semiconductor strategy. After that, further opinions were exchanged while visiting the clean room and characterization & evaluation facilities for 300mm wafers.
